If you’re planning on visiting Bali in the near future (highly recommended) make sure to stay a couple of days in Seminyak — a city rich with beautiful Hindu temples, breathtaking beaches and delicious eats. We were lucky enough to stay in Seminyak for a few days during our Bali trip (see my last two posts for more on all the activities we got up to) — and we were so thankful to be hosted by the beyond gorgeous Le Jardin Villas managed by Avilla Bali.
The first thing you should know about the hotel is that it’s famous for it’s truly authentic Balinese experience. For instance, prior to entering our villa, we had our feet washed in flower water and each afternoon, we were brought Balinese high tea. These small, but powerful things made our experience that much better at Le Jardin.
Because I’m way too excited to share this with you all, let’s get right into our villa! Upon arrival, I was completely speechless at the sight of what looked like a multimillion dollar home smack dab in the middle of Bali. Our villa had a stunning entryway that led into our living, kitchen and pool area. From the moment I laid eyes on the pool, I knew I’d never want to leave.
As were my prior accommodations in Bali, Le Jardin Villas are all open layout concept — with the kitchen, living and bathroom all outdoors and the bedroom indoor. After several days in Bali, I’m convinced this is is how I’d love my future home to look.
Now, let’s move on to the upstairs (and yes, there’s an upstairs!). Not only is there an entire other bedroom, but there’s an outdoor deck area complete with another bed, a jacuzzi tub and a second bathroom. This place is a true example of what a 5-star getaway should look like.
Aside from the beyond gorgeous villas, Le Jardin offers complimentary 15 minute massages to guests checking in and complimentary breakfast as well (which is more delicious than I can say). The staff is among some of the friendliest, kind-hearted people you’ll meet and are more than willing to help any way they can.
Did I mention they offer a free shuttle that takes you anywhere you desire in Seminyak? AKA any bars, restaurants, beaches ,etc in the area you’d like to go — they got you! Everything about our stay at Le Jardin felt like home and for that reason alone, I’d come back to stay over and over again.
If you’re ever planning a trip to Seminyak, you’ll definitely want to book a few nights at Le Jardin (www.lejardinvillas.com), managed by their incredible parent company, Avilla Bali (www.avillabaligo.com).
